Backstory.
Life started for Jordan in Compton, California in 1996 when he was born to Michael and Camilla Holt. He was the youngest child out of the four children they had. Life was a struggle for Jordan’s family but they always found a way of keeping positive through the fact Jordan and his three older brothers were really in to their athletics. The dedication to sport served as a nice distraction and on top of that there were hope that they would all make something of themselves chasing such a rewarding career.At the age of twelve Jordan was on track to becoming one of the best track stars in his county and his parents put a lot of money in to his gear, training and also allowed him to skip some classes to ensure he was in peak fitness to compete. However by this time his older brothers were competing less and getting caught up in various other things such as dealing drugs and helping the local gangs spread the message about who owned which streets until eventually they were a part of the Bloods gang.From then on things started to get worse, more and more people got shot down on the very street Jordan lived on causing him to become scared but when he looked to his brothers they were fearless and it was clear they were part of the action. His parents were too scared to try talking them out of their actions but on top of that they were making money to support the family so it wasn’t all bad for them.By the age of sixteen Jordan had joined the gang and within it he had met a woman his age called Luciana who he spend most of his time with when he wasn’t running the streets with the bloods. He had gained a reputation for being able to scam whoever he wanted and blag his way out of most situations earning him the name Hustler Holt. Jordan didn’t actually kill many people and he had two confirmed kills but most of his other attacks were mainly to wound of scare.Jordan’s brother was killed in a drive by shooting when he turned twenty one and this was a turning point in his life as he built up an angrier attitude which most noticed had caused him to act out a lot more violently when things didn’t go his way. Things got rocky between him and his girlfriend which caused her to begin cheating on him. Three years later he found out about it and in a fit of rage picked up his gun then walked to the man’s house to confront him to see the man already dead on the ground. Cops then flooded the room and attempted to detain him and in shock he shot one of the cops in the leg before taking off running.Once Jordan had outrun the cops he found himself returning home for some bits and pieces before taking a bus out of town. He then swapped between different modes of transport till he found himself in Montana which lead him to find the small town of Ravenwood where he chose to settle down.

Felicity Melnik.
Before Jordan moved to Ravenwood he lived in Compton, California. All through his youth he was affiliated with a gang which landed him in trouble more often than not since most disputes ended with someone getting jumped or even shot. On many occasions he had been shot but there was a time where he had to be rushed to hospital and kept there for a couple of nights. Whilst there he met a young woman called Felicity as well as some of her family, he made sure his manners were in check and soon enough he had befriended the family despite his lifestyle choice. The pair had a brief chat about why they were in hospital and immediately a friendship sparked which made Jordan want to change his malicious ways. After that the pair mostly met coincidentally at the hospital since she needed check ups and he was constantly getting hurt or waiting for a friend who had been hurt. So they became ‘hospital buddies’. The next big meeting the pair had made a huge impact on Jordan’s life since Felicity was in a real dire situation so every single day Jordan went to the hospital to check on her condition and offer whatever support he could to the family. Already she felt like she meant the world to him and after losing a brother he couldn’t afford to lose anyone else, especially someone as sweet as her.

Katelyn Elise Casteel.
Upon reaching Ravenwood Jordan didn’t have a job and had a small apartment which he knew he wanted to make a lot more like a home to him so he did what he knew best and began to sell the weed he had boosted from California before he left. It was a lucrative business and he was tempted to make it his full time job but he was looking for other work. Eventually one day Katelyn contacted him to purchase some of his good and on the first meeting he was a litre suspicious at how much cash she had ready to buy the goods but by meeting three he was speaking to her with a more relaxed demeanour. When Jordan got his new job he made to that Katelyn got her fix of weed and at a more discounted price since she was a good friend of his. However he never bothered to ask what she worked as and she had the tools to find out about his past. The past he was running from.

Leigh-Anne Bailey.
For some time Jordan struggled to find a job so he was stuck in a weird mood where he was motivated but slowly losing it. One day his lucky cards came up right and he had an interview at the local bar and after it went well he received the job. Excitedly he exited the office and that was when he first met Leigh-Anne who was working on shift but had a break so she could share a drink with him and celebrate his achievement in getting the job. The pair build a strong relationship and it helped at work since sometimes working the bar could be stressful but they made sure to support each other as much as possible. Leigh was a part time photographer so she got Jordan in to it a little when they hung out which helped them bond more.

Amelie Beaumont.
At first things were difficult between Jordan and Amelie but from the beginning they did have patience with each other since it was hard for Jordan to understand why the young woman was mute until some obvious tells caused him to read the signs and realise that it was partially fear that kept her the way she was. Both Jordan and Amelie were running from something and in a way they were safe now from those things but the events left a lasting presence in their minds. It got to the point where Jordan confessed about all the things that had messed him up in the past causing the pair to grow closer.

Naomi Miller.
When Jordan first met Naomi he was completely unaware of the fact she was a parent which meant when he found out she had a daughter to look after all on her own he immediately remembered about the time his ex had asked him to prepare for a child but she was lying just to get some more money out of him. Feeling comfortable around her he opened up about his past and admitted that even with the way his ex was he would have ended up helping to raise and support the child. Since it wasn’t a real thing he felt as if Naomi could use some extra help from time to time with things like grabbing food, restocking the house and other little things. As close as he was to her he didn’t really feel comfortable asking about the father of her child since it probably wasn’t his business to know.

Nicole Eva Waldorf.
Jordan was lucky to meet Nicole when he did because she was leaving the country for a business trip and she had locked her car keys inside the house so he helped her out by scaling the side of the building to get inside. Once Nicole was given the keys she took Jordan’s number after finding out he wanted a job so he was in her books for general errands like washing her car, taking care of the house when she was away and some modelling at times. The pair weren’t close friends at all but occasionally they’d flirt with each other which made it clear that there wasn’t much hostility between them despite Jordan’s occasional efforts to tease her.

Benji Henderson.
Every now and then Jordan liked to state random things and one day he met Benji in a cafe then hit him with one of these very moments which was received in such a positive way he had to befriend the man right there. They both had a lot in common, both far from home and getting back in to an old hobby so Jordan made sure he had someone to talk to if things got tough since he could have been homesick and at first he didn’t know but eventually it became more clear to him so he made sure to keep him supported.

Joshua Miller.
The instant Jordan met Joshua he knew he was going to get along with him due to the fact he had an attitude which was the kind that wouldn’t refuse to sugarcoat anything and that was exactly the way Jordan was back home in California. Whilst Jordan was still like it a little he chose to suppress some of his comment due to being new in town. Josh and Jordan often met to smoke together or just to catch up on the events unfolding in Ravenwood. A lot of people wouldn’t choose Josh as their person for advice and help but the crazy and odd solutions he would come up with were right up a Jordan’s street so it he needed a second opinion on something not entire serious he was without a doubt going to seek out Josh.

Noah Searle.
Noah was a name that Jordan heard a lot before even seeing what the man looked like which left a lasting impression in his mind that he was the residence popular kid on the block. When he came across him however he knew that wasn’t the case and he didn’t know what to make of him so his demeanour was normally tough and conflictive towards him until Felicity asked him to have a conversation with him about his involvement in gangs and how it could have an even more detrimental effect on his life. Jordan didn’t know how fucked up his life was already so there was no telling how the conversation would go.

Pheonix Hendrickson.
Pheonix was someone Jordan met on shift at the Montana Bar one evening and the moment he saw her he couldn’t help but to flirt with her and when she gave the same energy back it was only a matter of minutes before Jordan wanted to be off shift. So Jordan claimed he had an emergency and clocked out. the pair met up to walk around high street as they got to know each other more. They ended the night by going to Pheonix’s place and Jordan stayed the night. The pair have a close relationship but both are cautious about catching feelings but it seems to be happening anyway.
